What is a credit?
1 credit ≈ 1 skill invocation (~15,000 AI tokens). A full proposal pipeline uses about 30-50 credits. Most researchers use 50-100 credits per month.
Can I use it in Thai?
Yes. Agent-Q responds in Thai for conversation and produces academic output in English for Q1 publication. Use /translate for formal Thai↔English translation.
What's the difference between Sonnet and Opus?
Sonnet handles writing tasks. Opus is used for evaluation engines (RTPI, FES, peer review simulation) that require deeper reasoning. Pro plan gives you Opus for these critical evaluations.
Is my research data safe?
Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (edge database) with workspace-level isolation. We never share or train on your data. You can export your full project (chapters, citations, conversations, graph) as a ZIP at any time — GDPR Art. 20 compliant.
Can I invite coauthors or an advisor?
Yes. Invite anyone by email from /settings/workspace — they get a link (7-day expiry) to join as admin, member, or viewer. Shared conversations can also be published read-only via a public share link.
Can I cancel or change plan anytime?
Yes. Manage your card, download invoices, change plan, or cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage billing (opens the Stripe-hosted portal). No lock-in, no email-us-to-cancel games.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — credits reset at each billing period. Bonus credits from promo codes also reset. This keeps pricing simple and predictable; upgrade anytime if you need more headroom.
