Plans & billing

Subscriptions

Paid plans are monthly, processed by Stripe. Every payment method Stripe supports is available at checkout. Your workspace becomes active immediately on first successful charge and stays active until the current period ends or cancellation.

Self-serve portal

Go to /settings/billing → Manage billing. The Stripe-hosted portal lets you:

• Update your payment method
• Download every past invoice
• Change plan (prorated immediately)
• Cancel (access continues until the period ends)

The button appears only on paid plans — free workspaces don't have a Stripe customer to manage yet.

Promo codes

Redeem a code at /settings/billing. Bonus credits are added to the current period only and don't roll over. Codes are case-insensitive; uppercase is cosmetic.

Receipts & invoices

Stripe emails a receipt after every successful charge. Full invoice PDFs live in the customer portal (above) — we don't generate our own receipts to keep a single source of truth.

Institutional plans

Seat-based pricing, SSO, invoicing, and long-term agreements are available on the Institutional tier. Contact us at hello@hxlab.io.
